Our work is Shanghai-led and China-focused. However we run assignments across Greater China and increasingly also in other Asian countries.

Yes. We manage confidential searches and control outreach carefully to protect business continuity and stakeholder relationships.
Do you offer guarantees?
We offer long guarantee periods for retained searches. Guarantee terms are agreed at the start of each engagement.
Do you also provide market studies, assessments, or background checks?
Yes. We provide search & selection support plus HR consulting services, assessments, and background checks. Market studies can include talent availability and compensation benchmarking.
Can you provide interim leaders or board-level support?
Yes. We support interim assignments and board search, especially in transition situations where speed, governance, and stability matter.
Which industries do you serve?
We work across both mainstream and niche sectors in China and Asia, including retail, sourcing, machinery, heavy and marine industry, and professional services.
